Headphone concept
Most headphones are designed with one-size ear cups that exert pressure on the pinna, causing discomfort. For users with varying ear lengths and widths, finding the right headphones can be a frustrating process of trial and error.

Prototyping
Several forms & scaling were prototyped, tested, and refined through user testing.
The ovular shape was chosen to avoid any pressure on the pinna part of the ear. Unlike the circular shape, the rectangular shape had to sit on top of the ear.
The second set of models were 3D printed to closer resemble size & shape. Results were desirable & yielded a higher satisfaction rate for each participant.

The headphones are equipped with three differently-sized ear cuffs to accommodate various ear shapes better.
Secured magnetically within the frame, the padding can be effortlessly attached and detached.
